1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
These provisions regulate the use of the Internet website service (hereinafter, the 'Website') that LUENGAS IBARGUTXI SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter, LUENGAS IBARGUTXI) makes available to Internet users.
Access to the web page is free other than that related to the connection cost using the telecommunications network supplied by the access supplier contracted by users.
Use of the Website attributes the users' condition to the Website (hereinafter, the 'User') and implies the acceptance of all the conditions covered in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Website service has a limited duration from the time the User connects to the Website or to any of the services provided therein. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice every time they wish to use the Website, as it and its conditions of use covered in this Legal Notice may change.
2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the 'Contents'), are copyrighted by LUENGAS IBARGUTXI or third parties, without any user rights recognised by the current legislation on intellectual property being transferred to the User, except those that are strictly necessary for using the Website.
Trademarks, trade names and logos are owned by LUENGAS IBARGUTXI or third parties and access to the Website does not confer any rights to any trademarks, trade names and/or logos.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
A. The Website is not a source of advice or a means of establishing a professional relationship or any other relationship between client and solicitor.
In using the Website, the User agrees not to perform any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of LUENGAS IBARGUTXI or third parties or that could damage, disable or overburden the Website, or impede, in any way, the normal use of the Website.

The establishment of the hyperlink in no way implies the existence of a relationship between LUENGAS IBARGUTXI and the owner of the site or web page on which the hyperlink is established, or LUENGAS IBARGUTXI's acceptance or approval of its contents or services.

LUENGAS IBARGUTXI does not offer or market, directly or through third parties the information, content and services available on the linked sites. Neither does it endorse, monitor or have any control over the content and services and any material of any nature contained therein and the User shall be exclusively responsible for browsing said sites.
4. DISCLAIMER
A. Access to the Website in no way implies LUENGAS IBARGUTXI's obligation to ensure the absence of viruses, worms or any other malicious software. It is the User's responsibility to have suitable tools for detecting and disinfecting harmful computer programmes.
LUENGAS IBARGUTXI is not responsible for damage caused to User's or third party's computer equipment whilst providing the Website service.
B. Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation is not the responsibility of LUENGAS IBARGUTXI. Accordingly, services provided through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or blocked, prior to or simultaneous to the provision of the Website's service.
LUENGAS IBARGUTXI is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections of telecommunication networks that result in the suspension, cancellation or discontinuance of the Website service during or prior to the provision of the service.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By merely visiting the Website, no personal information that identifies a User is automatically recorded. However, there is certain non-personal information that does not identify a specific User that is collected and stored on LUENGAS IBARGUTXI's Internet servers (e.g., Internet User's browser type, User's operating system, IP address from which they access the Website's web pages) with the aim of improving user navigation and management of the Website.

LUENGAS IBARGUTXI adopts the security levels required by the Security Measures Regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December of the Protection of Personal Data. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to misconduct by others.
LUENGAS IBARGUTXI may use cookies whilst providing the Website service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information on the preferences of a user whilst visiting a particular website. 7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions of the Legal Notice are governed by the applicable law in Bilbao.
